I joined Agility GIL (now acquired by DSV Panalpina) as a Logistics Specialist in the Industrial division. I was the focal person for our pharma client 'Pfizer'. I spearheaded end-to-end logistics planning and operations for 400+ shipments a year via sea, air, and road across the Middle east region. I was responsible for the planning and arrangement of shipments, preparation of inbound/outbound documentations, reporting and billing of services offered to the Client. 

Achievements:
-Delivered a life-saving drug shipment to Middle east on a short notice from client to avoid stockout and save life of a patient. 
-Achieved 99% customer service level by providing real time shipment updates to Client and planning and dispatching shipments as per the schedules.

Logistics Specialist

Atlas Honda Limited

I joined Atlas Honda Limited (The leading motorcycle manufacturer in Pakistan) as a Buyer in the Supply chain department. I was responsible for the direct raw-materials procurement of 50+ SKUs to successfully meet the annual production of 1 million motorcycles from Suppliers. My work includes: Ensuring order schedules are met on time and in full and responsible for resolving discrepancies related to quality, order accuracy, pricing, and delivery requirements. I have tracked issuance and maintained inventory levels of outsource processing parts (OSP) at the vendor's end. 

Moreover, looking after the resourcing of direct materials from local suppliers ranging from the preparation of supplier lists and RFQ's, to the evaluation and shortlisting of received proposals/suppliers. I also ensured the successful transition of parts from the development stage to regular production by arranging samples and conducting supplier quality audit visits.     

Achievements:
-Achieved 100% stock count accuracy of OSP parts at vendor's end during internal and external audits
-Resourced 10 single sourced and 40 critical and strategic parts from local suppliers

I joined SGS Pakistan (The world's leading testing, inspection, and certification company) as Executive Supply chain coordinator in the Industrial Division. I managed 30+ industrial clients with their international and national requirements for the testing and inspection of diverse products such as Vending Machine, On-line piping inspection, Heavy machinery etc. 

Achievements:
-Achieved 99% customer service level by fulfilling their business requirements, providing pricing discounts and sharing real-time status updates related to pre-shipment, post shipment and on-line inspections globally.   
-Industrial division was ranked the highest among different departments due to the highest revenues generated by supply chain projects.

OGDCL, UEPL, PPL, Engro Group, Atlas Metals, Lakson group, Mari petroleum, UNICEF, Descon, Pakistan Refinery Ltd and other Multinational companies.

Skilled in SAP MM Module, Infor WMS, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Management and Teamwork. I am considered as a Result-oriented, Customer-focused and Effective communicator by my Colleagues and Clients.

Apart from that, I love hosting and organizing events. I am a people person, I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them and how can I bring value in their lives. Lastly, I love playing sports i.e. Badminton, Table tennis and long tennis.
