Sales consultant in the health insurance sector of iSelect, helping clients find the correct health
insurance policy for their needs.

In this role I also played a mentor for less experienced coworkers and new starters, sharing my knowledge and helping to build their sales capability in order to help everyone achieve success.

Sales Consultant

LEDified Lighting Corporation Pty Ltd

•	Telesales of Ledified products in order to meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
•	Build a quotation portfolio and manage through to completion 
•	Show customers through the showroom with product demonstration
•	Continuous study of company products and innovations to ensure up to date knowledge 
•	Work within a strong team environment, ensuring everyone has enough support for their customers, second voicing and closing deals as required

•	Effective communication with academic teaching staff, researchers, tertiary students and colleagues.
•	Equipment calibration in accordance to the National Sport Science Quality Assurance (NSSQA)
•	Ability to monitor safety activities within teaching and research laboratories.
•	Ability to monitor waste streams and appropriate biohazard management.
•	Setting up equipment and experiments for laboratory classes, including calibrating and troubleshooting equipment as necessary, refreshing between laboratory classes and ensuring sufficient consumables are supplied at all times.
•	Pulling down laboratory classes and appropriate cleaning, maintenance, & storage of equipment at the conclusion of the classes
•	Management of equipment calibration and inventory databases.
•	Maintained OH&S legislative requirements using the programme HAZNET.
