From 2004 to 2021, I helped build and scale GTM teams at Salesforce, Zendesk, Duo Security, and Armorblox — leading in sales, sales ops, and pipeline strategy roles. By 2022, I’d hit burnout. So I left to rewire how I thought about growth not just for myself, but for the next wave of companies trying to scale smarter. Since then, I’ve worked with dozens of SaaS teams as a pipeline strategist, brand architect, and go-to-market advisor.
