Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Responsible for strategic human resources planning; contributor to thoughts and actions surrounding company strategy.  Directed all people functions of PRC in accordance with policies, practices, and legal requirements.  Accountable for overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function.

Vice President, Human Resources

-Led and managed all members of the Human Resources department.
-Oversaw all functions performed by the Human Resources department.

Director, Human Resources

-Managed a team consisting of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Benefits Coordinator, and Employee Relations & Training Specialist.
-Worked with the Senior Vice President to develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies, policies, programs, functions, and activities.
-Supported the SVP regarding decisions related to hiring, selections, performance appraisal, training, and retention.
-Coached managers and employees regarding various employment topics.
-Performed job analyses and draft/maintain job descriptions.
-Researched and select the company benefit package, with Board approval.
-Ensured that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
-Served as the FMLA leave administrator.
-Held positions on the company’s Culture Maintenance Club and Committee for Compliance and Security (with HIPAA focus).

Associate Director, Human Resources

-Administered benefits package (401(k), health, dental, vision, FSA, supplemental).
-Actively participated in research and selection of the company benefit package.
-Organized and executed annual Open Enrollment.
-Ensured compliance with and administered COBRA, FMLA, WC and new legislature, ex. PPACA (Health Care Reform).
-Created, reviewed, and/or revised policies, contracts, and plan documents.
-Researched and implemented a wellness focused program.

-Worked with clients and Project Managers to construct surveys for research.
