Registered Architect (IT), Ph.D. in "Energy systems optimisation", NZGBC GSAP, TT L2 ISO9712:2012. In 2008, he graduated cum laude in Architecture from the University of Ferrara (Italy). From 2008 to 2015, he was member of the Architecure>Energy Research Centre of the University of Ferrara, contributing to research, offering professional training activities, publishing research outputs and speaking at conferences on the topics of building energy efficiency assessment, laser scanning, 3D survey, IR thermography and thermal flux analysis. At the same time, he was Project Manager and Technical Development Manager at Becquerel Electric, working on the development, design and permitting of 28 renewable power plants, rating over 80 MW total peak power and over €190M total cost. In 2011, he completed the Sole24Ore Master in "Renewable Energy: permitting, contracts and project financing". In 2015, he received a Ph.D. in "Chemical and Energy Technology" from the University of Udine (Italy) with a research on the development of a technical, economical and financial model programmed in Python for the design optimization of run-of-river small hydropower plants. From 2016 to August 2018, he was Registered Architect (Italy) at Woodhams Meikle Zhan Architects in Auckland (New Zealand), working on commercial and industrial projects. From September 2018 to October 2019, he is BIM Development Manager and IT Manager at Woodhams Meikle Zhan Architects. He co-founded the Dynamo User Group New Zealand (DUG-NZ) (current). From October 2019 to October 2021, he is National BIM Lead at GHDWoodhead creativespaces and Committee Member of BIMinNZ Auckland (current). From October 2021, he is National BIM and Digital Solutions Lead - Property and Buildings at GHD/GHDWoodhead creativespaces.
