Reacting to MHE breakdowns (both mechanical and electrical), performing trouble-shooting to identify the fault, analyzing the issue, and completing the fix in a timely manner to keep operation downtime to a minimum

Keeping accurate records such as work activities, tasks carried out, parts used through stores, end of shift reports/passdowns

Perform repairs by following written work instructions, blueprints and schematics

Work closely with other MEs to find ways to increase machine reliability on existing and new equipment, diagnose equipment breakdowns and action repairs

Provide first-line support to the Operation through monitoring the activities and efficiency of the Grid and Robots
Escalate problems to Engineering Operations for inspection
Investigate stoppages on the grid that seize operations
Monitor the status of both Robots and the 
physical grid including investigating locked grid cells Robot health

Experience:
I had the honor to have worked with and have been trained direcrtly by a team of skilled engineers in Quality Assurance, Electrical wiring, nuclear physics, mechanics, manufacturing procedures, engineering operations, facility/building operations, transformers, PLCs, metal forging, trouble shooting, plasma and laser arc welding, radiation work handeling, hazardous material training, fire safety, electrical shock safety, as well as radiation exposure safety, preventive and predictive maintenance, and metal forging. Together as an engineering team we had weekly meetings on trends and how to improve production whether it be with new inventions, upgrades, different procedures etc.

Responsibilities:
Providing engineering support in the development of new products and processes, and continuously improving company’s products. Locating parts and making parts lists virtually and physically with excel spread sheets, change official lab procedures if see fit for a better way to handle materials or machines to work, documenting and recording maintenance performed in each lab with lab reports for each lab and end of shift reports for the entire maintenance team, trained and lead a team of Machinists and technicians.

Reporting to Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing manager, monitor radiation labs, radiation machines, tools and personnel on improving safety and production and minimizing waste and scrap metal.

Trusted with proper handeling of latest films package download sent in from corporate offices. Responsible for uploading and downloading new films into the projectors independent CPU of each theatre with in AMC theatres facility. Responsible for all proper and age/rating appropriate film previews, light dimming timing, theatre start and end times, A/C timing, music, sound engineering and maintaining screen resolution and films timing with sound.

Support and lead a team of Ushers to maintain all theatres, bathrooms, high powered luxury row seating, concession stands, and all concession food and drink machines such as soda fountains, pop corn machines, water fountains, ticket booths, waiting areas and all other high traffic areas of a functioning theatre.

Also fully supported management teams with counting sales per day for the week, entrusted with counting registers to ensure money transaction accuracy, handeling and movement of the theatres funds to take profit from register and re stock register. 

Occasionally support concession stand and ticket booth cash registers if short on staff as well as help monitor the theatre from of age and under age persons from sneaking into theatres.

Occasionaly be securtiy, help and support for minors who are employees as well as customers to ensure decent public safety.
