Melvin & Hamilton is a manufacturer of luxury leather clothing, shoes, and accessories, and sells its products directly to consumers and businesses. I was an executive assistant to two CEOs where I held account management responsibilities for some of Melvin & Hamilton's largest and most valuable accounts (inc Zalando, Amazon, AboutYou). 

• Led the planning of production activities, coordinating suppliers, factory maintenance, and inventory management.
•  Conducted analysis to inform strategic decision-making for stock and inventory control, as well as manufacturing decisions.
• Managed key accounts with major customers, including Zalando, Amazon, AboutYou, and Galeria Kaufhof.
• Collaborated with administrative teams, HR, and finance on special projects, taking on a leadership role.
• Organized company's presence at international fashion fairs, including stalls and PR activities.
• Provided detailed, accurate meeting minutes and quickly circulated them to managers and directors.
