At Iksula, as Chief Delivery Officer & Global Head of Operations and Technology, I oversaw the growth of the business. I was responsible for all revenue-generating businesses - Operations, Technology, and Professional Staffing. With P&L ownership, I led a team of over 1,000 employees across delivery centers, achieving a five-fold increase in revenues and a seven-fold increase in profitability. I've forged strategic partnerships and acquired several Fortune 500 companies as key clients with innovative customer-centric solutions while mining and converting opportunities with existing clients. As part of the senior leadership team at Pangea3 (acquired by Thomson Reuters and now EY Law) as Head of Operations, I led the setup and expansion of Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Delhi NCR. At OfficeTiger (acquired by RR Donnelley), I led the Transactional Banking, Insurance, Pre Media, and Legal operations verticals, in addition to MIS and ERP. In this role, I was responsible for business strategy, P&L, and team management. I was also the functional architect of the award-winning workflow solution tTrack.
