In my current role as Category Sourcing Manager Core Network: As a strategic sourcing lead, I am responsible for driving sourcing initiatives within the Core Network category across Axiata Group's operating companies. This includes Dialog in Sri Lanka, Ncell in Nepal, Robi in Bangladesh, Smart in Cambodia, and XL in Indonesia. I specialize in developing negotiation strategies for multi-year sourcing projects, ensuring alignment with the diverse needs and specifications of the entire Axiata Group. My focus extends to identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers in the core category, fostering robust relationships, implementing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to my strategic sourcing responsibilities, I actively manage costs within the Core category, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. With a keen eye on financial objectives, I oversee expenditures, establishing well-defined strategic sourcing objectives to ensure spending remains within or below allocated budget limits.
