Set-up welding qualification and also WPQ /WPS coordinator. Manage to perform duplex WPS qualifiaction and become single source for screen supply to Shell Gumusut in 2010/2011 time frame. Worked with Weatherford Singapore for a joint project by Shell Malaysia as well for screen product line with shunted design
