I ask the same question to every one of my clients when they get started; what is your number one goal in your business? I always get similar answers… they want more qualified leads, more sales, scaling their business, etc. If you genuinely and wholeheartedly make it your mission to relentlessly work with each client of yours to achieve their own goals, you’ll have an unstoppable business growth. This is what coaching is all about…. it’s not about getting; getting more leads, getting more clients, getting more money, etc. It’s 1000% about giving and giving generously. Your only job as a coach is to MAKE SURE your clients get the results they want, no matter what… Here is how I do… At first, and before we start, I make sure the client is coachable. If they are not, I will convince them to be, by showing them how and why they should follow through… I then take their verbal permission to point out their BS when needed and push them through. Getting more of what you desire start by giving more. Do that and you need not worry about getting more leads and more sales. I hope this helps someone today. To your success💥
