Directed vertical construction projects of commercial buildings comprising over 100,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial spaces and responsible in executing project amendment plans to the city of Sanford, Florida.

Assist clients with calculations on NNN leases on office space and negotiating build out allowances from landlord to tenant from gray shells to vanilla shells and customized build outs for restaurants.

Negotiate and prepare lease proposals and monitoring lease tenancies so that negotiation and extension agreements are executed.

Market knowledge in tenant build out costs for tenants seeking to occupy space long term for medical use, office, restaurant, retail and advising the potential client the amortization costs with ROI in leasing premises.
