Fleet and equipment management 
•	Follow orders and renewals of vehicles (VL and HGV) and equipment.
•	Ensure the regulatory compliance of the equipment fleet (VGP, machinery compliance, installations, etc.).
•	Manage invoices, gas cards, tickets, insurance and claims.

Support for employees within the company
•	Define the rules for taking charge of vehicles and equipment, and monitor their application.
•	Train drivers and make them aware of the rules for operating and using vehicles.
•	Ensure the interface between drivers, internal services and external service providers and suppliers.
•	Ensure a good understanding of automotive equipment and materials with users and company departments.

Monitoring and analysis of the vehicle and equipment fleet
•	Optimize fleet usage costs (short, medium and long-term rental, downtime, breakdown costs) and monitor consumption.
•	Ensure rigorous monitoring for all vehicles in the rental and own car fleet. (+250 Vehicles, Budget of +12.5 MDH/Annual, Optimization of 35% on LLD).
•	Participate in the development of the maintenance plan for the vehicle and equipment fleet.
•	Optimize travel and the financial and material resources of the establishment.
•       Management of a budget of +22 MDH/Annual.

Fleet Manager Executive

Management of more than 2 headquarters and 1300 employees, 700 consultants, 100 security guards and cleaning ladies.

Management and organization of logistics flows and storage
•	Coordinate, control the logistics operations of reception, shipping, delivery.
•	Optimize storage and storage space.
•	Organize and control the management of product stocks.
•	Follow up on orders with suppliers.
•	Respect and enforce health and safety standards.

Implementation and monitoring of the logistics performance policy
•	Set up and monitor logistics performance indicators, deal with any anomalies or malfunctions.
•	Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.
•	Participate in the development and feeding of the strategic flow management project.

Follow-up of relations with customers and suppliers
•	Monitoring of relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
•	Select and negotiate with subcontractors (carriers, freight forwarders).
•	Monitor supplies and relationships with suppliers.
•	Monitor and manage any disputes.

Internal Logistics Manager

•	Regularly monitor all vehicles in the fleet.
•	Cooperate with service providers and monitor contract terms.
•	Validate invoices, and follow up on payments and related credits.
•	Track the delivery, return and assignment of vehicles.
•	Manage the process of returning vehicles at the end of the contract and early return.
•	Prepare monthly fleet and fuel reports.
•	Manage and track fuel consumption.

Fleet Manager

•	Plan deliveries with suppliers based on various criteria (type of packaging, quantity, frequency of truck rounds).
•	Monitor supplier performance criteria (delivery times, quality levels, compliance with the conditions negotiated by the company).
•	Qualitatively and quantitatively control the goods received.
•	Track sales and forecasts to ensure product availability and oversee order picking.

Stock and supply manager

•	Ensure the reception & distribution of all Inwi mail with respect to deadlines.
•	Ensure receipt of checks for cashing and deposit payment.
•	Ensure the receipt of termination requests and complaints
•	Prepare monthly registry reports.
