As the Senior Business Development Manager at Realiste AI, I lead the growth of our Valencia branch by establishing strategic partnerships with real estate developers and professionals. 

My role centers on driving business expansion, enhancing our platform's property listings, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions in AI-driven real estate.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnership Development: Establishing partnerships with local real estate developers, securing relevant properties and listings, and managing contracts.
- Platform Integration: Ensuring properties are accurately listed on the Realiste.io platform, streamlining market data collection, and integrating it into the platform for a seamless user experience.
- Sales & Business Expansion: Engaging with developers and real estate agents to drive contracts, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of deals.
- Strategic Market Engagement: Building relationships with local realtors and introducing them to Realiste AI’s cutting-edge technologies to close deals effectively.
- Automation & Innovation: Contributing to the development of new business models, automating market data collection, and ensuring smooth operations with partner-side accounting.

I’m passionate about leveraging AI to transform the real estate landscape, providing valuable insights, and creating scalable business models. With Realiste AI’s revolutionary platform, I aim to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the real estate sector while driving growth in the Spanish market.

Responsible for all commercial activities around the metaverse at exclusible including:

• Strategic Partnerships with new metaverses
• Helping you create Premium digital twins/ 1 to 1 copy of an existing space in the real world (e.g. real estate, hotel, office HQ, tower, island, villa, castle, museum, gallery, architectural monuments, upscale unique assets e.g. yachts)
• Helping you create custom-made space in the metaverse (designed by our designers or inspired by existing designs)
• Helping you create gamified experiences on Journee, Decentraland, Sandbox, Spatial
• OTC deals on digital real estate, land, and parcels
• Sales and business development strategy
