𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 I am currently the Chief of the Communication and Administration Career Community Support Team for CDC's Career Ready, I play a key part in setting strategy, policy, and driving coordinated talent models at the enterprise level, helping our career community develop a workforce prepared for future emergencies. As a member of this groundbreaking high-performance team, this career broadening experience will improve skills and enhanced my leadership perspectives. Throughout this journey, I will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a technical expert in the assigned career community. I have 18 years of experience managing public health programs, partnerships, leadership and organizational development, communications, employee engagement, and workforce development. I have has worked with CDC since 2006 and has led programmatic and operational initiatives with executive-level management and senior advisors. I have experience leading public health programs for 11 emergency responses at CDC, including 2009 H1N1, Ebola, Zika, and COVID-19. I am a graduate of the inaugural class of Harvard University National Preparedness Leadership Initiative’s Emerging Leaders in Crisis. I am also a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional (CCDP) and a Certified Life Coach (CLC).
