• I played an integral role in identifying and evaluating candidates for the HA role. This included screening resumes to identify eligible candidates and conducting initial interviews to assess their skills and suitability for the position. During the first round of interviews, I determined which candidates would fit the role and the company well. I provided feedback on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses, which was then shared with the COO for further assessment.
• I built the necessary dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide visibility to leadership but also structure for the sales team. 
• I took an active role in developing and coaching the team to improve performance and collaboration. This included leading regular team meetings focused on the sales funnel, culture building, as well as conducting individual coaching conversations with team members to address performance gaps and provide feedback.
