Through cross-collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and support teams, I ensure my customers are set up for long-term success. At Clearbit, I successfully implemented over 70+ customers, resulting over $2.5M in revenue generated. In my role as a Customer Success Manager, I employ the Winning by Design methodology to take customer engagement to the next level. By delving deeper into the business outcomes my customers aspire to achieve, I uncover the underlying "why" as a trusted advisor. The result? Turning them into brand advocates to foster a mutually beneficial and long-term partnership. 🏆 The rewarding aspect of my role in both Implementations and Customer Success lies in witnessing the tangible impact I make: seeing my customers thrive, realizing their goals, and having them become champions of my solution.
