As a student, I wasn’t considered “bright” and was even urged to leave school by some educators. Most wrote me off. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩? 👉 A teacher once asked me: “Doing what you are doing now, where will you be in the next 5 years?” That question changed my life. Fueled by determination, perseverance, and belief in myself, I transformed from a struggling student to a management trainee at the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels. Since then, I’ve held leadership roles at global organizations like Dell, HSBC, Bank of America, and Barclays. Today, I’m an entrepreneur—running Amanstra Consulting, where we help Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in healthcare, manufacturing, IT, logistics, and transport overcome operational, change, digital & learning and development challenges. The goal is to elevate service excellence and customer experience.
