Mental health of Veterinarians , technical and front desk staff of Veterinary clinics should be the number one priority. I think too much emphasis has been put on giving perfect services to pet owners and not much on mental health of the people who are providing these services. My goal is too build a community of like minded people , regardless of their present location, who support each other and everyone who is overwhelmed with the pressure, anxiety and lonely ness associated with working in a fast-paced, stressful and demanding industry like Veterinary medical services. Without healthy Veterinary team , animals well being will be in peril.
