Global Channel Manager

•	Help develop and execute strategies for increasing Vectorworks’ sales through growing existing channel partners throughout UK & Ireland and the acquisition of new channel partners
•	Present Vectorworks and product stories to prospective partners
•	Work closely with support, operations and sales staff to provide new channel partners with a successful on-boarding experience
•	Work closely with marketing and product marketing to provide feedback on market needs in order to develop the tools needed to acquire new channel partners and make them successful
•	Use Salesforce to help track sales opportunities and report weekly on activities and accomplishments
•	Monitor channel, market and competitor activities and provide recommendations to help Vectorworks increase sales.
•	Hold QBR meetings with channel partners.
•	Manage the Operations and VSS renewals team to drive efficiencies.

Channel Operations Manger UK & Ireland

•	Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
•	Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
•	Build strong external and internal customer relationships by providing time-efficient, friendly service.
•	Maintain input of new/existing client information into the sales database
•	Work with the VSS Renewals team to ensure all renewal tasks are completed on a monthly basis.
•	Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
•	Work with the Channel Operations Manager to implement, execute and report on sales tasks.
