Hi there! I'm Amit Grinson, currently working at Payoneer as a Risk Data Analyst. There we use data, individuals' behavior, creativity and analytical thinking to solve cases and identify fraudsters. Small data, big data; whatever gets the job done. I'm also a Sociology MA graduate and a big fan of analyzing data. I'm a self-taught coder who loves to explore new data sets, uncover hidden insights and communicate them in an accessible way for others to take action. Bonus: My MA thesis focused on issues of trust and privacy in the Israeli online cannabis market. In it I discuss users' negotiation of privacy and more on the relationship between disclosing personal information and trusting someone in an unregulated illegal market.
