•	Created PI & Iteration backlog and groomed the user stories.

•	Led Audit Logging Utility initiative. It enabled fully automated data ingestion into Cornerstone.  This reduced the data ingestion time from 10 to 2 days. and the UAT data prep time from 5 to 1 day.
•	Testing Portal intiative. Enabled Gteams to carry out testing & validation. It provided real-time dashboards to users and provided CI/CD pipeline integration.
•	Created Capacity Calculation Model for the team. This model enabled the team to calculate accurately capacity in Story Points.
•	As Release Train Engineer (RTE), continuously interacted with Product Managers and Tech leaders to assess and prioritize the backlog.
•	Collaborated with leaders of the cross-functional technology teams to address their challenges and to ensure that program dependencies do not translate into program risks. 
•	Created the Risk Management Plan and tracked program risks in the RAID log.
•	Expertise in creating leadership metrics and reporting such as burndown charts, Feature Progress Reports, ART PI Performance Reports, Program Predictability Measure Reports, and Program Performance Metrics.
•	Tracked the OKRs by creating and monitoring it KPIs .
