I lead programs that help find solutions to worldly problems, one bit at a time. A vision/ problem statement can often get misinterpreted while traveling through hierarchy. I love translating 'vision' into understandable and measurable 'whats-in-it-for-me' versions, create programs and projects to address it. And finally, deliver the value solving it. In 18 years of my career, I have worked with many clients, companies and enjoyed many titles. These titles and experiences have taught me: I can lead E2E programs by - speaking entry level, middle management and exec language - leading accounts, programs, large operations and combinations - figure out what works best - waterfall, agile or hybrid ways of working I can align, lead and grow world-class teams from 10 to 200 people by - aligning business unit's 'vision' with 'individual aspiration' for balance - enabling teams for continual improvements via Green Belt and Lean projects - implementing global learnings of PgMP®, PMP®, CSM®, CSPO® to make my teams win I can deliver results - stabilize existing: accounts, operations, programs, projects - acquire new: account management & harvesting, professional services If I am not at work, I would either be reading, experimenting with a flavor of coffee, or taking hard-hitting life lessons from my 11 year old.
