I am a results-driven energy professional with over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. As a Senior Concept Engineer in Shell, I lead Front End engineering of high-risk capital projects - conventional oil & gas as well as CCS projects - resulting in significant cost savings, effective risk management and GHG emission reductions. My experience includes managing cross-functional teams, leading techno-economic feasibility work, and making concept choices for complex projects. I have worked across various phases of projects - front-end design to frontline operations and across multiple geographies, demonstrating my ability to adapt and excel in diverse environments. I am also a proponent of digitalization and decarbonization, demonstrated by my successful implementation of real-time production optimization center for Shell Upstream assets in India and my current role as Concept Lead for CCUS opportunities. My passion for technology and innovation have earned me multiple awards and publications. I hold a Bachelor and Masters in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and am a certified Level-1 Concept-Engineer by the Shell Project-Management Academy.
