Experience Haus provides applied learning and hands-on design education aimed for organisations and individuals within the creative economy. Covering an abundance of different digital and design expertise, We offer practitioner taught skills training across experience design (UX, Product and Service Design) and innovation, marketing and growth as well design leadership.

Crucially, Experience Haus goes above and beyond the purely technical and hopes to uncover the black holes in business. Our offering of events, part-time courses (pairing students with start-ups), hands-on workshops and bespoke programming intends to bridge the gap between economical and accessible learning for the curious.

I founded the company in April 2017 and moved into the Creative Director role in January 2020.

RC Studio

RC Studio provides product consulting aimed specifically at small businesses and startups, across experience design, business viability and technical feedback along with product ownership to improve creative execution. We create deliverables that describe the user experience including wireframes, site maps, functional specifications, user flows, personas, use cases, etc

We have worked on a range of projects including product web sites (desktop and mobile), web portals, mobile apps and enterprise applications across various industries including healthcare, fin-tech and transportation.

We collaboratively work with and alongside cross-functional teams (art directors, brand consultants, copywriters, developers, project managers) to craft user experiences that satisfy functional requirements . We also have a small team of developers that provide guidance and direction during the development phase

Lead UX Instructor on the Immersive and part-time User Experience Design courses at General Assembly, an education provider that provides professional and technical training in specific areas. • Participated in an Agile development team as the product owner driving quality and continuous improvement.

Product Manager

Crossrail

• SharePoint Application/Product Owner - Managed the successful rollout of SharePoint Team Sites to over 1500 users across Crossrail (Europe’s largest infrastructure project) while facilitating Team Site training to key business representatives.
• Collated and mapped user and business requirements to SharePoint project deliverables and ensured that these were delivered successfully in line with Crossrail’s defined SharePoint governance and IT principles.  
• Provided consultancy support in best practice management for SharePoint usage. Supported all key business engagement activities (training, support, managing user feedback) related to SharePoint which is now a critical tool for team engagement on the project
• IT Business Analyst for SAP implementation working closely with business process owners and change teams to ensure that core processes were properly defined and detailed as part of the design blueprint. 
• Lead trainer for the Finance, Project System and Business Warehouse SAP modules. Trained over 75 users within a tight timeframe immediately prior to go-live. Courses covered Cost Assurance, Finance, Business Warehouse and Purchasing.
• A trained mentor assigned to mentoring a more junior member of the IT team for over 2 years who is now in their first management role at Crossrail

Collaboration Systems Analyst/Project Manager

Laing O'Rourke

• Member of the Project Lifecycle Systems group tasked with improving efficiency and delivering competitive advantage through the use of information technology for the company’s business units. Provided Business Analyst support for group-wide projects, ensuring tight deadlines were met. Tasks included time and motion studies, strength/weakness analysis, developing functional specifications, and cost and benefits analysis. 
• IT Business Analyst for the E-Commerce onboarding project. Responsible for the successful integration of over 30 suppliers for electronic ordering and invoicing, working with key members of internal and external procurement, finance and IT teams. Managed remote support team based in India who were tasked with dealing with production support issues. 
• IT Business Analyst for group-wide mobile solution to enable electronic receipt of goods at company construction sites. 
• Built effective working relationships with all areas of the organization from site personnel to senior management, using these relationships to help deliver effective solutions to real world issues.
• Played integral role in SAP ERP implementation for Laing O’Rourke’s internal manufacturing centre. Responsible for the design, maintenance and support of user roles and authorisations. Helped implement SAP NW 7.0 project planning, reporting and procurement analysis system.

Business Systems Analyst

Scotiabank

• Played significant role in implementation of international banking software and hardware platforms designed for Caribbean countries - spent nine months working in International Service Centres in major Caribbean countries including Jamaica, Trinidad and Puerto Rico.
• Performed  testing to ensure branches were ready to go live with new platform and performed backups of branch financial data on AS/400 operating system. Involved in training of branch staff to assist with conversion to Windows based banking platform.
• Specified and developed intranet site deployed throughout ten Caribbean countries 
• Produced user documentation for online Access, SQL and Lotus Notes databases and management tools used to track project status, staff responsibilities and timelines.

Systems Analyst

Currently spending most of my time as the Creative Director of Experience Haus - a digital skills and design education company providing training across the B2C and B2B markets. We provide hands-on learning in technical design skills across design, innovation, marketing, growth as well as professional and personal development. 

I’ve worked in product management and design across many industries and various sizes of companies, from startups (in sectors such as media, fin-tech and healthcare) to industry leading companies such as Scotiabank, OVO Energy, Crossrail (Europe’s largest construction project) and Crossrail 2.

Prior to founding Experience Haus, I was previously the Lead UX Instructor at General Assembly  I have taught various design workshops, courses and bootcamps over the last few years, working with over 4,500 students during that time.
