I was associated with an healthcare eCommerce startup, and my role extends across project management, SDLC, service delivery management, escalation handling, stakeholder management, agile methodology, and training & development. I contribute towards continual technology and process transformation to enhance the overall organizational performance benchmarking as per business growth goals.

Within my present role, I undertake the overall life cycle of software development and reviewing features while managing a dynamic teams. I define & execute the techno-functional strategy and solutions that supports business goals, product roadmap and project scope. Also, I resolve complex technical operational issues and promote application stability, accessibility, security within planned cost. Agile approach is employed to transform technology team. I maintain full ownership for initiatives and implementing uniform methodologies. 

Furthermore, I streamline key deliverables across Technology teams (Engineering, Product & Design) to manage service delivery. I devised and implemented strategies to improve performance and employ automation approach. Also, I upgrade the team of developers, testers, and SCM. I mentor engineering team and standardize practices across teams.

I conducted scrum meeting, risk management, configuration management, analysed Gaps, and provided relevant solutions. My role also involved giving demo to clients, and ensuring timely delivery. I participated in setting up the infrastructure and lab for the development team.
