I built, scaled, and led the NetSuite pre-sales consulting and professional services business unit, optimizing pre-sales activities across multiple SBUs to enhance strategic positioning. 

My role involved leading professional services sales efforts, including upselling and cross-selling service offerings, while directly engaging with C-level executives to understand key business processes, identify pain points, and deliver actionable, high-impact solutions. I specialized in value-based demonstrations for Oracle NetSuite, managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase tangible benefits. Collaborating with technical managers, I crafted tailored business proposals, responded to RFIs/RFPs, and drove high win rates through compelling solutions. 

Additionally, I managed project costing to ensure the financial health of NetSuite implementations and developed IP-based offerings to bring innovative, market-differentiated solutions to clients. By working closely with partners and vendors, I ensured seamless solution integration, delivering optimal outcomes and long-term value to customers.
