👋🏾 I help organisations create better products and services through human-centred design. Working with senior leaders to shape and realise business strategy, I help create cultural and organisational change. All to deliver lasting, positive impact by putting customers first. (TLDR: it works – or at least a couple of award juries think so 😉) I’ve led customer experience and design across organisations, delivering product strategy and design; multi-channel services; and digital and physical user experiences. I coach teams to be curious, critical thinkers who put people first and focus on outcomes. I care about the work: craft matters. Then again, so does winning the trust of the C-Suite.
