• A CRM company of 1000+ employees targeting the SMB market space with the aim of
helping small businesses grow.

• Qualifyied inbound prospects by performing discoveries and driving them down the
sales pipeline.

• Experimented new sales motions and feeding back to management. Motions included
an upsell campaign, a cross selling initiative, and implementing our regular sales flow
on a previously unattended lead segment as well as MQLs from social media.

• Averaged 100+ dials a day with 5-10 conversations longer than 1 minute.

• Achievement – Established the feasibility of a new sales motion by constantly
exceeding sales targets by an average of 126%, contributing to a fresh $15K of MRR during the final month before handing over to a team of 5 SDRs.

Developing and maintaining Vonage's integration of its telephony systems within Salesforce's Service Cloud Voice Contact Center As A Service solution (CCAAS). Working primarily with Typescript/Javascript within our Micro Frontend (MFE) plugin.
