. Led restructuring of the branch network and repositioning of the consumer bank franchise to the affluent segment by enhancing digital banking capabilities.

CEO- Consumer Bank -Malaysia

. Managed end-end P&L for retail bank and small business commercial bank Malaysia.	          			
. Established a digital transformation business strategy and managed all aspects of retail business  by redesigning products and leveraging partnerships with digital and travel industry players. Delivered a 9% deposits growth while increasing margins and 50% higher net income for loans. 
.Re-built the retail banking leadership team through all local talent within 60 days. First time ever Standard Chartered Malaysia had a 99% local leadership team. Also set up a first ever Retail Banking . .Fresh Graduate program to develop future talent pipeline from best-in-class universities in Malaysia.

Asset Business Head- Poland

. Promoted to manage Citigroup's largest card business in Europe with full P&L Responsibility. 
. Achieved four times higher spend than market on credit cards and led Citibank to become the market leader with highest market share by launching innovative products and transforming consumer experience.
. Citibank received awards for the most innovative credit products for 2 years in a row, most customer friendly  bank for three years, Best Euro Product award and Market leader of innovation by Ministry of  Finance.
. Developed and managed business relationships with 16 co-brand partners across multiple industries:  Telecom, Fuel, Fashion and Airlines. Largest co-brand portfolio in Polish market and Citibank EMEA  with highest spend market share.
. First in Poland to launch a premium co-branded airline card for Wealth Management customers offering  fastest earning miles & privileges. Negotiated & launched co-brand with the largest airline with sales  presence at 5 airports.
. First in Poland to launch a 9 Partner lifestyle credit card (partnering with strategic market leaders in  clothing, fashion, cinema, travel and sports). This card then became the fastest growing portfolio in the market. 
. First in Poland and Citibank EMEA to launch instant issuance of credit cards.  Rolled out in 154 branches, airports and shopping malls.
. First in Europe to launch contactless payments, mobile banking discount locator programs and NFC for SIM payments for credit cards.
