CultureIQ provided research-backed tools and surveys to help organizations measure, analyze, and improve their workplace culture, fostering alignment between company values and employee experiences.

As an Enterprise Account Executive on the LinkedIn Elevate team, I helped HR, Marketing, and Communications leaders empower their employees to share company-approved content on LinkedIn.

*Elevate was removed as a stand alone product and merged with LinkedIn Pages.

I’ve got personal goals and team goals, but when I look in the mirror, it’s not about luck or motivation. 

It’s about my habits and how I hold myself accountable day after day.

A friend and peer of mine always says, “There are no casual Fridays.”
