I have spent my career building sales and marketing engines for world-beating companies 🦄 (Upwork, Box, Culture Amp and now Carta) and think deeply about how GTM motions are changing. I have scaled two companies from $10 million to $100 million ARR (I enjoy getting my hands dirty) and also led at scale ($400 million ARR at Box, Carta). I understand how to innovate on top-of-funnel and improve conversion across the funnel. ► Leverage data to drive alignment and execution. I’ve led the migration to the modern data stack and understand how companies can restructure their GTM motions to leverage data. ► Drive efficiency. I’ve led GTM strategy and operations, transitioning from messy growth to efficient scale. ► Deliver retention and growth at scale: I have run operations for four companies with 10,000+ customers. I understand how to use data and processes to inflect retention and drive expansion.
