In May 2012, Andromeda Labs acquired eVision IT Compliance and IT Excellence Center departments. I started creating the IT compliance consulting and IT Excellence Center services on July 2012. The main mission is to create first class IT compliance consulting business in Egypt, Middle East, and Europe including:

- Building the vision, the mission, and the business plan of the new practice
- Building a first class team of technical consultants to help enterprises in building their IT compliance architecture
- Creating the practice’s organization chart and job descriptions
- Hiring, and training of the best calibers in the market 
- Building the IT Compliance practice framework and methodology that complies with the world wide IT compliance standards and best practices
- Gaining competitive advantage over the well-established companies that work in the same field
- Penetrating the local market with the new services and extending the practice to the Middle East region, Europe, and US
- Positioning Andromeda Labs as the IT compliance consulting company that enterprise customers can rely on to achieve their IT compliance objectives
- Managing the practice’s daily operations
- Buidling Andromeda Labs IT Excellence Center to offer technical courses for IT professionals.
- In Andromeda Labs IT Excellence Center, teaching very deeply technical courses for IT Compliance professionals, Computer Science undergrads, graduates, and post-graduates.
- Creating the Robotics programming section for juniors, teens, and professionals.

I started creating the IT compliance consulting services department on January 2004. The main mission was to create first class IT compliance consulting business in Egypt, Middle East, and Europe including:

Chief IT Compliance Architect

Microsoft United Kingdom

-	Working with the Technical Account Managers taskforce (about 75 TAMs) in the above mentioned region to enhance their technical/account management skills in Microsoft products and deployments
-	Working as an advocate for the region in handling incident and problem management with Microsoft Global Support teams in US, EMEA, and Japan in “follow-the-sun” approach.
-	Building the processes to enhance technical support to the enterprise customers delivered by the Initial Response Team, the Primary Response Group, the Secondary Response Group, and the Critical Problem Resolution across Microsoft different products.
-	Working with the enterprise customers to move from the reactive support mode to the proactive one
-	Increase enterprise customers’ satisfaction level in the above mentioned region
-	Presenting the region in Microsoft Escalation Forum for the long-runner incidents

Proactive Services Technical Manager

Microsoft Egypt

-	Building the Microsoft support business infrastructure that supports Microsoft Egypt customers. This includes managing the outsourcers, hiring and training of the Recommended Support Partners (RSPs), and managing the enterprise accounts who sign Microsoft Premier Support contracts.
-	Building supportability reviews for Microsoft Egypt enterprise customers that help them moving from the reactive support mode to the proactive one.
-	Negotiating Premier Support contracts with enterprise customers.
-	Generating Premier Support contracts and RSP revenues
-	Working to guarantee high rate of satisfied and very satisfied customers
-	Managing Microsoft Egypt internal systems and network
