	Managing full-cycle recruitment activities inclusive of posting positions, prescreening and interviewing candidates, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation.
	Making 80+ calls to job-seeking candidates each day.

	Handled W2 Positions and performed recruitment through internet job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Tech fetch) combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals.
