During my time in EY, I dealt with talent and performance assignments. 

In talent, I was involved in personality assessments, interviews and role-plays. These pertained to the employees who were considered for leadership positions in a leading supplier of technology and services organization.

In performance, I was involved in the change management of a leading FMCG organization which was overhauling its dashboard tools in South East Asian countries. 
I was also involved in designing experience studios for the employees in a leading consulting organization. The premise of the project lay in the convergence of three organizational divisions along with their distinctive cultures amalgamating into a singular entity.

I was also responsible for data skimming and refining of the Corporate plans and Annual reports. Was involved in analysing manpower trends and projected a new scheme for targeted restructuring for managers.

I was responsible for coordinating with the client, the engineering department, and also presentations and working drawings of a 3-star hotel. Developed expertise and executed work in software- 3DS Max, Autocad, Photoshop, Google SketchUp.
