Working on an event driven microservice architecture based application focused on providing automated CI/CD pipelines for numerous deployment runtimes, release orchestration tool for higher environments with security and metrics

- Developed an analytics dashboard for Cisco, displaying comprehensive data on release, quality and resource metrics for all applications. 
- Created a security dashboard to monitor real-time vulnerability reports for over 500 applications and more than 2,500 software programs at Cisco.
- Worked on enabling qTest (test management system) for Cisco IT, which reduced new team  onboarding from hours to 2 mins.
- Played key role in agile transformation of Cisco IT by providing an automated portal and approval process to onboard and request access to Jira and Jira Align tools. 
- Involved in migrating all the microservices from self managed MongoDB and Redis configuration to centrally managed offerings
- Worked on understanding software component analysis scan (corona scan) and automating the scan process for softwares under Cisco IT. 
- Led the creation of a real-time dashboard to track support cases for the CI/CD application, providing user-specific details.
-  Led the operations team and worked on optimising the support case handling and operations, reducing the support case volume by 20%.

Software Engineer II

- Worked on developing automated CI/CD pipelines to public cloud runtimes like GCP and AWS.
- Involved in designing and implementing CI/CD processes for GitOps methodology. 
- Worked on providing an analytics dashboard showing quality and resource metrics for all the deployments and releases done for each quarter and the entire year.
- Worked on automating onboarding and approval process for salesforce platform.

Software Engineer I

- Revamped an existing legacy test integration system with latest technology to optimise the tool and improve the experience.
- Worked in creating a UI using Angular with customised components for the system and involved in developing Node JS api's for middleware which was faster and provided better user experience.
- Involved in designing the systems architecture, in a way that it can be easily migrated to public cloud offerings in near future.
- Worked on developing a chatbot service integrated with Cisco Webex platform using mindmeld, a conversational AI platform which queries snowflake and returns data based on the user's ask in natural language.
