Major Account Manager  - Strategic Partnerships

Commercial Partnerships Manager (Acting)

•	Successfully managed dual full-time roles with responsibilities split between the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport team and a secondment to the Western Sydney Strategic Partnerships team.
•	Led the coordination and negotiation of arrangements that integrate delivery of water services with new developments delivered by major developers, infrastructure partners, government and utilities to optimise investment efficiency and liveability.
•	Provided insights to the Growth Planning team, ensuring the Sydney Water Growth Servicing Plan accurately reflected major developer activities.
•	Developed strategic maps (.kmls) to identify future alignment for potable water, wastewater, and stormwater, while assessing potential impacts or conflicts with other utilities, developers, and property owners, using tools such as MapInfo, QGIS, and Nearmaps.
•	Collaborated with the Property Acquisition team, government organizations, landowners, and developers to find the optimal paths for stormwater basin developments and the land acquisition process, sharing critical intelligence.
•	Managed Sydney Water's interactions with project managers from major developers, ensuring minimal disruption to existing assets and the successful delivery of new ones.
•	Coordinated data collection from internal and external stakeholders to guide servicing strategies and identify potential threats and opportunities.
•	Worked on preparing business case (FBC) submissions and facilitated discussions on utilities and Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) corridor plans, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
•	Involved in exploring and developing Circular Economy opportunities for greenfield developments around the new Nancy-Bird Walton Western Sydney Airport, promoting collaboration and mapping utilities and land ownership to support project objectives.

Infrastructure Account Manager

Project Manager responsible for infrastructure delivery for Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport

• Orchard Hills:
- Solander Dr - Upgrade of existing DN150 watermain to DN250 on Mamre Rd and Solander Dr. in 
   Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport (SMWSA) corridor to service Train Stabling Facility.
- Luddenham Rd – Construction of approx. 2.7km DN150 water main along Luddenham Road and Patons 
   Lane to service the Train Stabling Facility.
- Lansdowne Bridge - Construction DN250 water main within DN300 sleeve in bridge as part of the 
   SMWSA.
- Luddenham Rd - Relocation of existing DN200 oPVC main to facilitate development of SMWSA 
   between St Marys and Bringelly

• Aerotropolis – Amplification works pertaining to the Aerotropolis Station. Construction of approx. 1.5 km of DN300 main along Badgeys Creek Rd and 69m of DN150 main along Aerotropolis Access Rd, Badgerys Creek to service Aerotropolis Station.

• Badgerys Creek, Longleys – Amplification works pertaining to the precast facilities on Longleys Rd. Construction of approx. 522.85 m of DN150 main along Longleys Road and 148.8m of DN300 main along Badgerys Creek Road to service both the Tunnel casting facility and viaduct casting facility. Decommissioning of approx. 26.95m of DN150 CICL main along Baderys Creek road and recommissioning of existing DN150 CICL main approx. 6.06m of DICL main

• Airport Business Park – HDD of DN300 watermain along SMWSA licenced access roads to provide temporary supply to the Business Park Station and Airport Dive Portal structure. Construction of approximately 748.71m of watermain.

• St Marys, Station St – PM responsible for Sydney Water assets impacted by construction and operation of a new 23 km metro rail line from the existing Sydney Trains suburban T1 Western Line (at St Marys) in the north and the Aerotropolis in the south. Alignment included tunnels and civil structures, including a viaduct, bridges, and surface and open-cut troughs between the two tunnel sections.

Project Manager

• Project Engineer responsible for ongoing capital site expansion Projects

• End to End Project Manager for introduction of Caramel colour to Project Grand Slam. Allocated with a budget of $0.25M; tasked to take the Project from Concept Select/Design through to Commissioning/Execution liaising with a team of 6 members. Project was completed $50k under budget and an accelerated timeline of 3 months prior to original RFSU date.

• Project Manager responsible for storage capacity expansion of Palatant Powder system on site I2L – Project Falcon. Allocated with a budget of $1.2M and project timeline of 1 year; tasked to take the Project from Concept Select/Design through to Commissioning/Execution liaising with a team of 10 members.

Project Engineer

Woodside Energy

•	Management of Engineering Budget (CAPEX & OPEX) ~ $25M
                           
•	Responsible for execution & management of Marine & Topsides Decommissioning scopes:
o	Building a business case to drive the decommissioning scope; i.e. validating ongoing maintenance and repair costs were significantly greater than decommissioning the equipment; cost savings to the tune of $6M
o	Development of a KDL (Key Decision Log) to capture deviation from current STC workpacks to more ‘Fit For Purpose’ workpacks thereby reducing decommissioning costs associated with the equipment even further.
o	Liaising with regulators NOPSEMA and CLASS (Lloyd's Register and ABS) confirming scope execution is aligned with industry standards thereby ensuring company’s ongoing LTO (Licence To Operate)

•	Company/Asset liaison for PES (Production Engineering Support) model in place with Clough. Ensuring the quality of delivery of all discipline engineering scopes outsourced to Clough from the FPSOs, managing budget allocated to this model ($2M) and responsible for the performance management of 4 discipline team leads from Clough reporting to myself.

•	Responsible for the commissioning of Marine Equipment on both FPSOs. Most recently undertook the Project Management/Commissioning of an Alfa Laval FWG (Fresh Water Generator). Leading a team of 5, the Project was handed over to myself from the Assess/Select phase and taken through to FEED, Execute and Operate phase with successfully delivery of the project on schedule and under budget of $3M.

•	Outsourced the CDR Governance (Corrosion Defects Register) model of monitoring and managing Area 1-4 defects on both FPSOs to an external vendor, thereby automating the entire process of recording, tracking and providing short/long term remediation strategies for inspection results in MOC/JIRA, while reducing the outstanding number of defects by 70% and internal manhours required to manage the CDR by 1248hrs.

•	Project Management - Minor CAPEX Projects

Primary Responsibilities:

- Extensive use of MHM (Machinery Health Manager) and CSI2130 & 2140 machines for vibration analysis
- Vibration assessments as per EI (Engineering Institute) Guidelines 
 

Ensure compliance and consistent application of Mechanical Engineering (static equipment and piping) and Performance Standards. 

Assessment of mechanical integrity of static equipment for LNG processing i.e. piping, valves and pressure vessels including shutdown support to all Assests:

Mechanical Engineer - Piping and Static Equipment

Rotating Equipment Surveillance Engineer for the Karratha Gas Plant (KGP) - Site Based Role

Primary tasks:
-Troubleshooting LNG plant processes and equipment for rapid turnaround with minimum production deferment
-Conduct surveillance routines to proactively detect, predict and prevent rotating  equipment failures on turbines, compressors and pumps site-wide (TPAM – Total Proactive Monitoring)
-Analyzing ongoing ConMon (Condition Monitoring) routines
-Operational and maintenance technical support on a daily basis
-Developing scopes of work (SoW) for frontline activities such as breakdowns  
  and planned maintenance
-Involvement in ORA(Operational Risk Assessments) and RCAs (Root Cause 
  Analysis) to assess vulnerabilities across the LNG Plant and resolving complex 
  Problems using ‘5-whys’, ‘Fish-Bone Diagrams’, ‘Tap-Root Approach’
-Optimizing  maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and 
  availability, adding value to all stakeholders of the business
-Use of tools such as MoC (Management of Control), ORIP and SAP to convey 
  H&S, Financial, Reputational, Environment, Legal and Cultural risk to the 
  business
-Involvement in equipment overhauls/repairs/shutdowns (Turbines, Compressors 
  and Pumps) as the engineering technical focal point
-Great level of interaction with Operations, Maintenance, Campaign teams and 
  Inspectors across the entire plant.

Maintenance Engineer - Operations Readiness

Involved in the development on a Maintenance Excellence Standard to propose a feasible strategy for performing maintenance on PD (Positive Displacement) Blowers as a part of a industrial project at UNSW. The strategy outlined key components and methods of maintenance to ensure maximum productivity. This proposal was reached by performing an extensive FMECA (failure, mode, effects and criticality analysis) and determining a suitable frequency for application.

Maintenance Engineering Consultant

Sebel Furniture

Completed a Thesis to develop a ‘Maintenance Strategy Selection Tool’ suitable for Sebel Furniture. This tool served the purpose of allocating specific maintenance tasks to individual components of the moulding machines in its manufacturing line, in-turn reducing the overall cost of production.

The use of these strategies and models along with maintenance data such as work orders, frequency of breakdowns, costs of maintenance, downtime, risk, industry and location specific factors pertaining to Sebel, were used towards developing an ideal decision making tool for the selection of an optimal maintenance strategy.

The success of this study not only lowered production costs by appropriate allocation of labour and resources, but increased overall equipment efficiency by reducing downtime and improving plant sustainability through appropriate RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) implementation.

The projected results of my Thesis revealed a feasible and effective maintenance strategy selection tool with a substantial decrease in yearly maintenance costs.
