In my most recent role as PA Department of Corrections/Adult Basic Education Teacher, I listen attentively to student's problems related to coursework, study habits, and career goals. I use advanced technology and software, including such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs to teach and perform different academic tasks.
It is worth mentioning that I teach 15 adult students per class in multiple educational subjects to increase their learning and academic skills. I use multiple evaluations/assessments to determine the student's progress in both the GED and PA Commonwealth Secondary Diploma programs. (A way for incarcerated adults to receive high school credits based on credit hours and a passing grade),
Accomplishments I'm proud of:
 Learned new facts and design curriculum materials to engage the students in learning the information.
 Maintained track of 40 students at different levels and subjects each semester.
 Revamped educational systems to improve efficiency, engagement, quality, rigor, and accountability and delivering development and oversight of academic programs, policies, and initiatives to promote student growth and achievement.
