My purpose is to inspire and motivate my clients to maximize their personal and professional potential and navigate obstacles and changes so that they can live a balanced, healthy life with more energy and enjoyment. I believe the human being is fully capable of transformation on many levels – especially since I’ve successfully reinvented my own life several times. My previous experience includes roles as a mind/body practitioner, a medical technologist, and in corporate IT, working with groups and employees to bridge gaps between user needs and software tools. I’ve also been a Total Quality Management Facilitator with corporate groups for full day or multi-day events.
