Disputes happen in all sorts of different ways. They occur in the workplace, between businesses, and between businesses and consumers. An employee might believe they haven’t been compensated fairly, a business might believe another business breached a contract, and a consumer may believe a business didn’t fulfill its obligations to them. The constant? No matter what the subject matter, disputes are messy, often complicated to resolve, and, if not held in check, can damage relationships. And that's why I'm here to help!
