I support the Bank's mission to be the best bank in the markets we serve through effective sales and service leadership, targeted business development efforts, and community involvement.  I am responsible for managing business banking relationships in accordance with Fidelity Bank's core values and business principles in the Morrisville and surrounding areas of the Triangle.  My goal is to accomplish the area's business objectives including business development strategies, sales efforts, and market expansion. My overall focus is on loan production and deposit growth.

My goal as a Market Leader is to be responsible for sales management and revenue generations within the branch. By doing this, I pride myself in providing quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all branch personnel, while ensuring that clients receive superior client service quality.  I proactivily make daily contacts with clients and prospects either by phone or in person to identify additional client financial needs.  As well as encouraging my staff to represent leadership, I also offer solutions and guidance that will expand on my clients building stronger relationship with the bank. 
My job as a branch manager is demonstrate and monitor marketing services such as Payment Solutions, Insurance, Merchant, Wealth, Investments, and Payroll etc.  It is my responsibly to providing leadership and coaching to all members of the branch sales team to ensure maximum performance and attainment of personal goals and improvement plans.  I also provide staffing of the branch team to include hiring, goal setting, performance reviews and ratings, salary reviews, promotional transfers, terminations, training, etc.

As a Relationship Banker, my job was to serve as primary contact for new account openings and cross sale of other products and services to clients and prospects.  I would proactively and reactively contact clients and prospects daily by phone or in person to identify additional client financial needs and strengthen client relationships.  As well offering additional services, I would support team sales process by acting upon or referring identified client needs to other lines of business, including but not limited to, retail loan, mortgage, investments, private banking, insurance, small business, merchant services, and other areas. 
Along with day to day sales and service, i would participate in team sales efforts such as team call nights, sales meetings, and debriefs.I would employ BB&T supported sales techniques and processes whenever possible to better serve the client and branch team.
Along with adding value to a client relationship, I would also serve as a point of contact for questions or issues that arrise.  I served as a contact for client problem resolution and perform maintenance for 
current clients as dictated by the needs of the office.  BB&T would provide a support team service process by participating in team service efforts such as 
service meetings.

As a retail manager, I provided assistance and training to sales associates.  I assisted in visual marketing by developing a monthly floor plans and delegate assignments to associates.  As well as everyday operations of the retail store, I also assited in developing and organizing several local store openings.

In college, I did a college internship that shadowed a Industrial and Organizational Psycholgist.  I assisted in developing a study on focus groups about the promotion process.  For this study, I helped to Assist in facilitating a technical report for focus groups.  This included collecting, inputting, and analyzing data for the department.
