Monthly and fortnightly payroll using brightpay- calculating salary increases, sickness and deductions, filing FPS, EPS and pension submissions within the software.

Reconciliation of bank accounts and accompanying nominals

Used Xero, Dext prepare, Xavier, Accountancy Manager, tax filer, pleo and inform direct to complete day to day accounting tasks. Such as daily Bookkeeping for a diverse client portfolio including tech start ups and construction companies as well as drafting year end accounts and corporation tax returns.

The Heaton Group is a real estate developer  based in Greater Manchester with an advancing £50 million property portfolio. As a finance administrator I contribute to the financial health of the company by administering accounting operations to  ensure that the financial systems are maintained accurately and efficiently.

• Travel to newly completed developments to      distribute contracts.
• Currently managing all customer accounts for the company's fibre broadband business "National Fibre Limited."
• Calculation of internal management fees to be recharged to investment property SPV's by downloading nominal activity reports into Excel and creating formulas to complete calculations.
• Sales ledger and purchase ledger responsibilities including administering and coding invoices across all 19 companies.
• Issuing pro rata ground rent and service charge invoices to landlords. 
• Chasing customer payments and where necessary arranging payment plans.
• Process invoices, credit notes, payment transactions, bank reconciliations and payment runs.
