With over 13 years of experience as a real estate broker, plus over a decade of previously owning and operating a construction business, I bring insight and deep knowledge to every transaction. From helping buyers or investors find the right property to fit their needs to assisting with remodels and logistics, I quickly anticipate and know how to circumvent potential problems. I’m able to creatively problem-solve any issue that may arise, in conjunction with my vast network of real estate professionals, contractors, financial experts, attorneys, and more. My business model also offers specialized services for investors, including evaluating potential investment properties, remodeling rental properties, marketing, and ensuring their vision is executed for maximum return on investment. Personally, I knows firsthand that life’s transitions can sometimes be challenging. As such, I specialize in helping couples going through separation and divorce to cooperatively and collaboratively work together to sell their home and ensure that each party can achieve their individual real estate goals during and after the sale. My goal is to offers sage counsel to all my clients and connect them with divorce professionals outside the real estate sphere should they need it. Although a lifelong Washingtonian and a UW graduate, I have a deep love for travel. I firmly believe in the benefits of owning real property, not only as your primary residence but also for investment purposes. As such, I own and operates multiple Airbnb’s in Arizona. I also love giving back to my community in Bellevue (where I’ve lived for 20 years) and lead a monthly divorce group, along with co-hosting a divorce podcast.
