My work bio: I started as a copywriter in Manhattan at the turn of the century (THIS century, as I’m not a vampire…yet). Got mommy-tracked when I had my first child and decided to go back for my masters degree in information and library science, and fastened on service and information design while I was studying there. Trust, advocacy for the user, connection and integrity are at the base of every interaction I design. Oh and a wink to the reader too. Mustn’t forget that. If my words make you feel seen, I’ve done my job right. I moved to Sweden in 2011. I’m also a very engaged and proud mom. I love the work life balance of the Swedish lifestyle.
