Key Successes:

UC Irvine Program in Nursing Science (strategic planning). Directed the strategic planning process and helped program administrators develop mission and vision statements, determine the Program's core values, and define key goals and strategic initiatives. The Program earned its School of Nursing designation in 2016 with a clear vision to its future. 

Medtronic Diabetes (patient education & outreach). Collaborated with the marketing team to improve the effectiveness of numerous high-profile, multi-channel campaigns. Results included a 20 percent increase in infusion set sales and a 50 percent rate of adoption of an innovative therapy management software program.

M&M/Mars (internal communications). Developed strategic communications for key executives for an employee knowledge-sharing conference, resulting in a 40 percent increase in visits and contributions to the company’s international knowledge-sharing intranet.

Fleetwood RV (new product launch). Produced tactical presentations for key executives at a pre-launch event showcasing the newly redesigned American Coach to dealers (Day 1) and end customers (Day 2). The ensuing sales exceeded expectations by more than 50 percent.

Johnson & Johnson (sales tool). Developed architecture and wrote content for an online resource center/training intranet to help affiliate company sales reps understand and successfully offer financing options to their end customers. 

Public Law Center (fundraising). Wrote, produced and directed three emotionally-engaging video vignettes to showcase how PLC helps those who are unable to afford legal assistance. PLC raised a record-breaking amount of money the night of the annual gala at which the video debuted.
