I'm excited to step into my new position as VP of Marketing and Media Strategy at Re-Bath, spearheading growth initiatives for this nationwide leader in bathroom remodeling with a network spanning over 130 franchises across more than 120 DMAs.

In this position, I'll be leading a dedicated team of marketing experts to drive our digital and broadcast marketing efforts, overseeing a substantial annual budget to fuel lead generation and growth for both our national brand and individual franchisees. My focus will be on developing innovative, data-driven strategies across all digital channels, including SEM, social media, and website optimization, while also guiding our broadcast campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve our ambitious growth targets. Through my leadership and partnership as head of multiple departments, my contributions drove:
- Increased revenue 116% and profitability 43%,  across the collective departments I am responsible for since I joined in 2022
- Developed multiple new capabilities: influencer marketing, amazon storefront managements and optimization, and revitalized owned and earned media capabilities and fee structure
- Revamped the performance analytics team and supported the diversification and visualization of the analytics tech stack and product, and kicked off initial revenue generation for typically viewed “managed service” team.

- Developed a media test that exceed 29% of sales projections in FY23, and our team was awarded the rest of the product line. Key outcome was owning and driving new market awareness with a 54% SOV in brand, and 15% in non-brand for a new pet product from the same family line. 
- Drove connected audiences from TV to website, which led to an increase in organic search by 22%, and direct site traffic by 59% 
- Key partnerships with high-profile podcasts like Good Guys, and strong relationships with mid-level influencers that drove an average 23% increase in reach, and lowered cost-pers 48% when compared to brand creative. 
- Drove a 36% increase in ROAS with a high-profile destination which drove a 39.9x increase in checkouts from media programming

SVP Media Strategy, Owned/Earned & Analytics

Pinnacle is one of the premier agencies serving Honda, Acura, and other name-brand automakers and dealers (in 46 markets), along with a robust and diversified portfolio that includes WeatherTech, MetroVac, LitterGenie, AES, and others. My position is to support the growth, optimizations, and success of the holistic media team at Pinnacle. 

My focus is:
- Team optimizations and growth
- Advancing our capabilities through data partners, tools, and expertise
- Alignment across media strategy, owned and earned media, buying, operations, and performance analytics. 
- Revolutionize how we integrate internally and with our clients and partners

What we've accomplished so far:
- Launched new capabilities for the Agency and grew revenue by 80% in my first 12 months. We are on track to grow revenue by another 10% in my second year at the Agency while managing team overhead and expenses.
- Launched an Influencer management product that has seen more than 2M impressions and an engagement rate of +8% and drove more efficient and effective paid media performance compared to standard ad campaigns. 
- Onboarded The Trade Desk as our primary DSP partner
- Onboarded Experian to provide greater audience data and value to our clients 
- Identified a need for a data warehousing tool and a new ETL. Collaborated with our internal team to find the right partner and migrated to BigQuery, SuperMetrics, and Looker Studio.

Quickly identified and worked with leadership to build a structure for an engagement team (organic social media), and supported new business efforts. I was also part of successful pitch teams that drove new client contracts for social and content marketing.

➤I left an impact in this role by launching the companies’ 1st-ever automated email marketing strategy, employing IBM Marketing Cloud for Journey. The initiative strengthened foundational marketing for opt-in and segmentation, boosting engagement and forging pathway to execution of email journey map to market. Additionally, I Integrated three disciplines to enhance customer journey map, creating key triggers for audience engagement.

Product Marketing Manager

▪ Produced branding frameworks from scratch for EXOS Performance Nutrition supplement line. The campaign generated $2.5M in first nine months and $4.5M in 2nd year. 
▪ Cultivated partnerships with high-profile influencers like Odell Beckham and John Jay & Rich. 
▪ Led talented team of three marketing specialists and digital marketing manager in oversight of international education program, producing 41% ROI.

Brand Manager

As Associate Brand Manager, Amy and team crafted a position in the marketplace for EXOS Performance Nutrition  - a performance focused supplement line in partnership with Thorne Research. Successfully, EXOS Performance Nutrition was introduced to the market through macro influencers (like Odell Beckham Jr., JohnJay of JohnJay & Rich radio show, Dr. John Berardi, and Ben Greenfield), as we all micro influencers in the fitness and coaching industry. Building on its program, Amy crafted an affiliate network of professionals who aligned with professional certifications and brand values to distribute the supplement line to key audiences looking for the highest quality and performing supplements. 

In addition to building a network, the team built the first digital content and distribution program measured in driving ROI.  Responsible for managing a direct team of 2 digital specialists, and co-leading business efforts with Director of Nutrition and Analytics.

Interactive Marketing Manager, Amy manages online marketing campaigns for a variety of McMurry clients in retail, automotive sports, healthcare and other industries. Her focus is dedicated to developing and implementing holistic interactive marketing campaigns leveraging various digital channels.

Prior to joining the agency, Amy served as the public relations manager for a boutique agency concentrating on master-planned resort communities in Mexico. She has also focused on real estate and non-profit projects while working at other Valley agencies. She is a strong advocate for supporting charitable causes and has worked with United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona and Students Supporting Brain Tumor Research. 

Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications with an emphasis in public relations from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and the Phoenix chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
