•	Established technical standards for software release management, product security, product documentation, and customer experience management resulting in customer growth with minimal product team growth.

Drove the roadmap for all storage integrations with VMware vCenter and vRealize Suite.  Managed the Software Defined Storage product lines that are used in Cloud-based
