Design & Build Recruitment is a recruitment agency specialising in the construction, engineering, resources & energy sectors across both Australian and international markets. BRW and FEMA have recognised Design & Build as being a “Fast Starter” and a market leader in the recruitment sector. 

I recruited the full spectrum of business support roles (temp and perm). Typical roles included Marketing, Finance, HR, PA/EA, Document Controller, Project Administrator, Bid Coordinator/Manager, and Administrator/Receptionist.

I initially joined REED on a 12 week Internship after graduating University. I was a Contract Consultant, responsible for building up and running a successful temporary desk in the Leeds market, focusing on a variety of sectors including, HR, IT, Customer Service, Sales, Procurement and general office support. Role was a 360 recruitment role that fully incorporates candidate attraction, New Business Development, Account Management, candidate screening, conducting interviews, compliance and background checks/references.
