Your success is my passion. I find this proven process works well with organizations of 10-250 people, who are growth-oriented and ready to change to reach new heights. I've enjoyed amazing experiences in my career and I want to help you do the same. Leveraging a diverse background of experiences (operations, IT, sales, federal, marketing) by quickly grasping mission/business requirements and generating and creating buy-in for ideas, and developing plans and partnerships to succeed. I bring a balance of humane and technical skills, from a solid foundation of my liberal arts degree from a highly selective institution. Proud of being called a thought leader in innovation and transformational leadership. I am a lifelong community servant and view my volunteer service as a way to double the experience base achieved in my corporate settings. I've trained and coached front-liners to executives for decades - enjoying the growth in the individual and the organization. I am passionate about continuous improvement and learning, and have created and led many successful programs including Internship, career coaching and professional development, and organizational excellence. I serve as an Executive Coach for Veterans, and an Organizational Excellence Mentor at the highest level. I am a trusted partner who delivers flexible, innovative, scalable solutions. I am visible on an international stage - I am invited to present often from academia, federal agencies, USAF, and business. I focus on results – and consider technology, other tools and processes as the means to the results – and I help customers to stay focused on the business at hand. As you can witness from the diverse positions I have held and organizations I have helped, I am a strong leader and manager. My style is that of a servant leader – one who recognizes the need to secure the resources and opportunities for every member on the team to achieve success. I roll up my sleeves to accept any tasks that need to be done – and by my nature others follow my example, all the while executing the plans we set together, following our shared vision.
