I knew I wanted to be a doctor. After watching my mom die of cancer when I was only twenty, my life went an entirely different direction. I spent my twenties sick & in pain often going to the bathroom thirty to forty times a day. Nine Urologists didn't help! One day I was too sick to take care of my baby & had to crawl to the phone to get help. That day changed my life forever. I went looking for healing in places I didn't know existed before. I finally found healing through fitness, nutrition, & meditation. Through that experience I rediscovered my passion for healing and mind-body wellness and began an ongoing journey for my own training and for helping others. 🔥Our How: I use my experience and knowledge to help leaders achieve clarity, confidence, and peace of mind, as well as have more time for fun, family, and themselves. Creative Wellness believes that the challenges we face today will only be solved though daring to think and be differently.
