I knew I wanted to be a doctor. After watching my mom die of cancer when I was only twenty, my life went an entirely different direction. I spent my twenties sick & in pain often going to the bathroom thirty to forty times a day. Nine Urologists didn't help! One day I was too sick to take care of my baby & had to crawl to the phone to get help. That day changed my life forever. I went looking for healing in places I didn't know existed before. I finally found healing through fitness, nutrition, & meditation. Through that experience I rediscovered my passion for healing and mind-body wellness and began an ongoing journey for my own training and for helping others. 🔥Our How: I use my experience and knowledge to help leaders achieve clarity, confidence, and peace of mind, as well as have more time for fun, family, and themselves.
